I visited the Saudi Travel Fair 2025, and it was such an incredible experience! Stepping into the fair felt like being transported straight to Saudi Arabia, surrounded by vibrant colors, rich traditions, and the warm hospitality of their culture.
I had the chance to try my hand at traditional knitting and was amazed at the intricate patterns and craftsmanship involved.
One of my favorite moments was when a calligrapher wrote my name, “Ivy,” in beautiful Arabic script. Watching the elegant strokes come together was mesmerizing, it felt like holding a tiny piece of art just for me.
Of course, I couldn’t resist sampling some local snacks and traditional coffee.
Each bite and sip was a small, delicious taste of Saudi culture, making the experience even more memorable.
Additionally, you can also try the beautiful Saudi costumes on display, to get a hands-on glimpse of the culture.
