October is almost over, and one more week till we meet November.
Just 2 more months, we'll step into a brand new year. :)
Every month, I'll set one goal for myself to achieve a better lifestyle.
Last month, I started a basic workout at home since I have no time to go to a gym for exercise.
After a month of the regular workout, I felt my body has good changes; my overall weight is well-maintained, I sleep better, and I feel more energetic.
Well, we all know that regular exercising is good for physical fitness and good health, yet don't forget that eating habit also plays an important role in leading a healthy lifestyle too.
With that in mind, this month will be a perfect time to consider some best ways to improve my daily diet; not only eating healthy, but also try to make up deficits in my diet through the use of vitamins and supplements. :)
