Mission Foods @ New Line of Healthy Wraps

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, agree yea?!
I can't leave without breakfast, I always make sure I have breakfast before leaving the house.
I always told people around me that breakfast is so important because it helps to kick-start our metabolism, help us to burn calories throughout the day, gives us enough energy we need to get things done and helps us focus at work.
Well, I used to skip my breakfast during my teenage years, so I can actually feel the differences of skipping and having breakfast.
Ever since I'm a breakie person, I always look for an easy and simple way to prepare my breakfast because I'm always in a rush in the early morning.
The new launched of the Healthy Wraps from Mission Foods come in the right time!
Breakie wraps are easy to prep and will surely satisfy your stomach and busy schedule with protein, fiber and nutrients.

The healthy wraps are available in 3 variants, and each of them have their own distinctive taste and qualities.
#1 The Reduced Carb Wraps
#2 Quinoa Wraps
#3 Chia Wraps

For those on a low sugar and low carb diet, the Reduced Carb Wraps is suitable for your diet as it has 70% less carbs and 90% less sugar than a regular wrap.
It is also a great choice for those on a keto diet as its high in fibre.

Quinoa Wraps, contains plant antioxidants that have been studied to have anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, anti-cancer and anti-depressant effects.
It has much higher fibre content compared to other grains.

Chia seeds lover gonna love the Chia Wraps as it contains a massive amount of nutrients, protein, omega 3-fatty acids and fibre with very few calories.
They also have the ability to absorb 10-13 times their weight in water, expanding in your stomach and making you feel full for longer.

To cook up a powerful launch for the Healthy Wraps range, Mission Foods has teamed up with Malaysian champions, Farah Ann and Peter Davis in "Breakfast of Champions" campaign.
The campaign aims to inspire more Malaysians to get into a winner's mind set by giving them a glimpse of what these champions have for breakfast everyday.

Farah Ann, Malaysia's sweetheart and artistic gymnast demonstrated two fun and easy recipes #1 Banana in Chiajammies using the Chia Wrap and also #2 It's a Party in my Wrap using the Reduced Card Wrap.
She mentioned: "Many people have the wrong idea and practice of skipping breakfast in order to stay fit and lean but this is not the right way. Not only does this do more harm to our body but it prevents us from staying on top of our game and leaves us feeling drained and moody by the end of the day."

On the other hand, Peter Davis, the model, actor, host and professional mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter demonstrated 2 simple recipes, #1 Cheese and Onions with the Chia Wrap, and #2 Sea Bed with the Quinoa Wrap.
He mentioned: "I have to stay sharp and focused at all times, to be swift like a coursing river. My energy level has to be constant throughout, and so I require food that is low in sugar and rich in fibre and protein which is why superfoods such as Quinoa and Chia benefits me tremendously."
