Three Little Pigs & The Big Bad Wolf @ Bangsar Village

It was my LikBoy's birthday in 2 weeks ago!
Let's wish him a very big HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
Wish him to love me more and more! Haha!

I suggested we go to one of my always wanted to go restaurant, Three Little Pigs & The Big Bad Wolf located at Bangsar Village.

I heard of this restaurant through friends recommendation, blog reviews, FB posts since it opened, and I was so tempted to try it out!
Glad that I make it for this time to write my own review. Hehe!

The restaurant was empty when we were there because it was pretty early at 630pm.
So, we can choose any seats we want.

We got the seat in between inside and outside.
It is not a big space though, but both inside and outside seats are available over there.

The birthday boy is happy!

What a hungry look on me?!

The Mighty Piggy Burger @ RM28 is highly recommended by my colleague.

Indeed, it was a very juicy pork patty with its herbed mayo source.

We also ordered the main course from the top of the menu The One That Didn't Get Away.
It is their house special pork ribs with seasoned in St Louis style source @ RM79

Although we only tried out 2 main dishes for that night (that's the disadvantage of having meal by just 2 person), I would still rate the overall at 8/10 in terms of the food quality and the inviting environment.

Personally loving this cozy corner right in front of the main entrance!
It is so lovely!

Last but not least, ended the post with one of our crazy welfie of the night.
It's been a while since our last welfie in Melbourne. Haha!

FRESCA @ The Gardens

It was a rainy Tuesday evening when I had a date with a long lost friend.
We supposed to try the Mexican food since one month ago, yet we didn't make it at last because I need to fly off to Penang for a day job.
Glad we can squeeze sometimes in Oct again for the food and good catch up.

I am a MidValley kaki, but I never heard of Freska before.
One of the reason is because I am not really a Mexican food lover.
Btw, thanks to KF for a good recommendation!

Fresca located at ground floor, right at the corner where the LV shop is.
It is not eye-catching because it hides at the corner.
Another reason why it has been not noticed. :P

I arrived very early because I need to have some RMB changes for my coming China trip.
Ordered my all time favourite happy hours while waiting for KF.

The staffs are polite and friendly.
The environment is calm and ease.

The have a bar next to their kitchen.
The dim light makes you feel warm and comfortable while having a glass of wine or beer.

Second round happy hour when KF arrived.
They have special menu on Tuesday' Buy a jug of margarita/sangria, get a free Japapeno Poppers.
Their Margarita is awesome!

This is the free Japapeno Poppers. *Like it*

I ordered Pollo A La Parrilla-Grilled Chicken.
It is a grilled chicken served in sizzling with Mexican green rice.

This is the Chicken Fajitas for KF.
I think Fajitas is one of the must order when it comes to the Mexican restaurant.

Overall the food are quite satisfying me.
I think it would be much appreciated if you are a Mexican food lover because Fresco do serve very authentic Mexican food.

You can also dine in at their open-air space.
I like both indoor or outdoor because the overall atmosphere makes you feel in foreign country.

Go for Fresca, if you are a Mexican food lover.
Go for Fresca, if you would like to try out the Mexican food.
Go for Fresca, if you want a different dining experience.

October but not fest

How's everyone October-fest?
My October was busy.
Mostly busy on works even during the weekend.
No October-fest for me.

I am working towards what I like to do.
I just started it last month.
I hope it can be real happen in the coming months.
Let's keep the finger cross.

I watched only one movie in October ~ Annabelle
The movie was okay. What I mean is just okay.
I still prefer The Conjuring from James Wan.

I went to Penang for a day trip to do an inspection job.
It was an early flight, and glad that the job went well.

I finished watching It's Okay, It's Love by Jo In Sung & Gong Hyu Jin
It is a fantastic drama,
The story touches your heart and makes you wanna fall in love with someone.
Trust me, It is damn good!

After the drama, I fall in love with Jo In Sung.
He is so cute in the 2 Nights 1 Day, Korean reality-variety show.

On the last week of Oct, I traveled to GuangZhou, China.

Work and travelling might look fun
but trust me, it's not easy at all especially dealing with people from different culture.
I still do have cultural shock when it comes to work with the people in China.
Whatever it is, it's my job still.

It is always great to meet up Jan and Jenny again.
We are not only working partners now, but good friends to spend time with.

Here comes the brand new month, November.
Let's continue to stay calm and enjoy the life.
