HOPP Cafe @ Bandar Sunway

Finally getting some ME time!
What a relaxing Thursday, today!
No special appointment, but just sitting comfortably on my coach, listening to the random Korean Indie musics, typing this with a cup of hot tea.
It's been a while since I have a day like this, the past few months were all about being a busy bee; rushing from one place to another, busy planning A to Z, organizing this and that.
It was like....What a LIFE!
After all the busy months, today I am going to blog about a cafe called Hopp Cafe in Bandar Sunway.
It's a place that I visited the other day with Lik when we passed by that area.

For those who don't know or never heard of this place, Hopp cafe is located outside of Sunway University College.
It's at the busy main road, on the ground floor of the new commercial block at Nadayu.

The storefront caught my attention from far away and made me couldn't wait to check out how the inside looks like!
Anyway, Happy, Optimistic, Positive People are where the Hopp brand comes from. #creative

There is a big menu posted for outside viewing.
This helps the customers like me as I can make up my mind before stepping into the place.

Wow!
Nice!
Beautiful!
Colourful!
That's all the first impression I had when I first stepped into this new place!

The cafe is big!
If you are on your own, you can take your own sweet time at the end corner of the place.
If you are hanging with your friends or spending family times, there are variables coach chairs for you.
It's a great place which suitable for any occasion and event!

Here's for the kitchen corner.

And, here's the beverages preparation bar!

We ordered 2 dishes for our lunch that day.
For Lik, he ordered the Fettuccine Carbonara @ RM17.90 which comes with smoked duck breast, fresh chives, parmesan cheese, olive oil and shimeji mushroom.
If you asked me about how it taste? I think it's a nice sauce, but if the sauce can be a bit more thicker and creamy that would be better, as the one we had was more watery.

For me, I ordered Portobello Mushroom & Deustch Sausage Paella @ RM15.90,
Paella is a valencian rice dish from Spain, and for me, it's just like my favourite Italian risotto.
This dish comes with oven smoked jumbo Deustch sausage, roasted bell peppers, sweet peas, cafe spice, coriander garlic oil and aroz rice.
Well, I found the dish is a bit too oily though.

I also had my usual caffeine with Cappucino on that afternoon.
Well present for coffee lovers!

Overall, I like the environment because it is cozy, clean and comfortable.
It's a nice place to stay away from the hectic days.
The staffs are all friendly, well trained, enthusiastic and keen to meet your request.
But, I think the portion sizes are a bit too smaller than you would normally eat at other cafes; it just good enough for one person.
It would be good if the portion can increase based on the current pricing now.
