Mueang Kao Thai Cuisine @ Damansara Jaya

I can eat Thai food anytime.
I love the harmonious blend of the spicy, salty, sweet and sour flavours that always sparkle my appetite.
Even though I have a filled stomach on that day, there is always a room for Thai food. :)
Recently, I satisfied my cravings and had dinner at the newly open Thai restaurant, Mueang Kao Thai Cuisine at Damansara Jaya neighborhood.
They offer a great variety of Thai dishes; whether you're in the mood for Tom Yam dish or a creamy bowl of green curry, Mueang Kao Thai Cuisine has enough to satisfy your Thai cravings.
Oh btw, it is also a pork-free Thai restaurant too. :)

Mueang Kao Thai Cuisine is small, kinda like a neighborhood-style restaurant.
It has nothing fancy about its interior, but offers amazing Thai food that cooked by a Thai chef.
You can waze the exact location if you aren't sure the exact location, basically it is at the same row as the Fei Fei Crab on the Waze.

Wooden chairs around round and rectangular tables are everywhere inside the restaurant.
The interior is very simple, but clean, comfortable and cozy.

It also has a traditional Japanese restaurant seating arrangement featuring a low table set on tatami flooring.

Few outdoor seating are there for their customers as well.

Hmm, what should we order?

Thai salad always set my mouth watering.
This Glass Noodle Salad @ RM13 (small) has the signature Thai flavours of tart, spicy, sweet and salty that made me feel so refreshed and rejuvenated. :)

Thai Style Coconut Milk with Prawn (market price) is totally a new level of serving seafood.
The fresh prawns are drenched in coconut milk that results in a delicious creamy sauce for serving.
At the same time, I also enjoyed the fresh bamboo shoot pieces because the texture is so crispy. :)

Thai Style 'Cha Om' Omelette @ RM13 (small), is a type of Thai-fried egg omelette with Acacia leaves.
People said the Acacia vegetables has an unpleasant smell when uncooked, but the smell and taste are certainly fine when it is served on the table.

Thai BBQ Squid @ RM25 always my top favourite when it comes to Thai street food.
It is served on bed of lettuce with a full of brilliant Thai flavour of chili lime sauce at the side.

Tom Yam Seafood @ RM22 (medium) is a clear broth soup that features prawns, squid, mushrooms, and vegetables.
The broth has the right amount of spice which surely gives you an enjoyable authentic Thai dishes at Mueang Kao Thai Cuisine.

If you want to experience a diverse flavours and textures of Thai cuisine, then you cannot afford to skip this Deep Fried Talapia Fish with 'Cu Ci Pha' @ RM40.
The sauce is thicker than a regular curry, more like a creamy sauce, and also the taste is a bit sweeter.
For non-spicy lover, this can be your favourite choice. :)

Deep Fried Fish with Garlic & Pepper (market price), is a stir fried garlic and pepper recipe which showcases the fish fillets beautifully.
Good to enjoy the crispy and golden brown fish fillets with their special Thai sweet chili sauce.

Coconut Ice-cream @ RM12.90 is a must try dessert of Thai.
It serves in a half-coconut with 4 scoops of coconut ice-cream and spread with peanuts on the top.
It is a wonderful dessert to have after the heavy and spicy Thai meal as it is so refreshing and can clear the palette well. :)

Overall, we had a great dining experience at Mueang Kao Thai Cuisine on that day.
The food served were delicious, and had the same tastes like in Thailand.
I will definitely go back to satisfy my cravings with my family again!
See you there. :)
