The Emmy®-winning drama series WESTWORLD is back for a new session!
WESTWORLD is an American science fiction western thriller television series created by Executive Producers and husband and wife, Jonathan Nolan (Interstellar, The Dark Knight) and Lisa Joy (Pushing Daisies, Burn Notice) for HBO.
The story was inspired by the 1973 movie written and directed by Michael Crichton (who wrote Jurassic Park) and it's the HBO Original series winner of five 2017 Primetime Emmy® Awards and nominated for a total of 22 Emmys®.
With the first season airing back in 2016, WESTWORLD is finally here after keeping us waiting for a year!
The drama series returns for it's ten-episode second season which will be showing same time as the USA on 23 April 2018, Monday at 9am, encore at 10pm, exclusively on HBO (Astro Ch 411/ HD 431).
The series will also be available on HBO On Demand (via Astro GO) too.

In anticipation of the second season of WESTWORLD, fans in Malaysia are invited to take a trip into this thrilling Emmy®-winning drama series at an immersive WESTWORLD experience event from 18 to 29 April 2018, at Sunway Pyramid (Blue Concourse).

There is a wide range of fun-filled activities for fans including an exciting Virtual Reality experience, brought all the way from the USA, which certainly would leave visitors wondering what’s real and what’s not!
In addition, the immersive WESTWORLD experience event also features a range of WESTWORLD-themed activities such as a Shooting Gallery, a Ring Toss Game, a photobooth and many more!
Everyone who takes a Boomerang Photo will receive their own soft copy to remember the moments they've shared of WESTWORLD. :)
The Ring Toss Game is fun to play, but it's not easy to throw and aim. :)
The Conquer The Bull, which uses your free hand for balance and shift your weight on top of the bull was really laughable. :)
Strapping on a virtual reality headset is an amazing experience!
The Virtual Reality Experience begins with an introduction by a white-suited host – just like any visitor would encounter as a guest starting their visit to WESTWORLD at the Delos office, the corporation behind WESTWORLD.
Visitors would then be instructed to do the Virtual Reality goggles and headphones, entering an immersive and interactive experience!
Once in the Virtual Reality realm, guests are invited to select either a black or white hat, try on suitable outfits and pick their weapon of choice (in reality, a joystick with a trigger), before embarking on different virtual activities within WESTWORLD such as practicing at a shooting range or getting involved in a shootout with Sheriff Pickett.
The WESTWORLD Virtual Reality Experience is open to all visitors (only for adults aged 21 years and above) from Monday to Thursday, and exclusively to pre-registered Astro subscribers from Friday to Sunday.

Trust me! The VR is worth a visit because the experience was so great which is really immersive when you wear the VR headset!
It is a dark odyssey about the dawn of artificial consciousness and the evolution of sin.
