I visited Sukiya, a Japanese restaurant in last week.
Sukiya is Japan's No.1 Gyudon chain restaurant which offers delicious Gyudon at affordable prices and great services.
The restaurant started it's 1st outlet in Japan since 1982.
Now, they have more than 2000 restaurants in Japan, and also running their business in other 8 countries since July 2016.
In Malaysia, Sukiya has been established since March 2012, with 6 different outlets in Klang Valley, Putrajaya, Melaka and Johor Bharu.

Apparently, Sukiya is a Japanese version of fast food chain.
All the food and drink are served in a compact clean and comfortable environment where you can grab a quick bite if you are in hurry or you and your family can enjoy a relaxing meal at a leisurely pace.





In Japan, Gyudon is a popular quick meal often to enjoy during lunch time because it is fast in preparation and also the price is always affordable.
It is a beef bowl with white rice, which usually serves with raw egg yolk or poached egg, onion mixture in a mildly sweet soy sauce.
In order to turn the ordinary into the extraordinary, Sukiya is launching a new Gyudon recipe, Snow White Cream Gyudon, which hoping to attract new customers and excite the regular patrons.



Snow White Cream Gyudon has the same ingredients like the others Gyudon, which consists of a bowl of white rice topped with thinly sliced beef, lots of onions, and simmered in a mildly sweet soy sauce.
But the highlight of this Gyudon is it has an extra topping of special in-house creamy sauce and decorated with carrots, corns and black pepper over the hot rice.

The beef is not tender yet not too fatty, and I specially appreciate the beef which full of aroma and flavour of the sauce.
The sweet and salty sauce balances perfectly with the creamy sauce to create a truly delicious experience.

I had the medium portion size, and the satisfaction is more than enough to satisfy my hunger.
