KLOOK Launches New Malaysia Office @ KL Eco City

Hey guys!
Have anyone of you heard of Klook before?
I first knew about Klook was in 2017 when I was planning my trip to Korea.
While I was looking for some good deals like tourist discount passes to the local attractions, I stumbled upon Klook via google searches.
And in recent years, I've also heard a lot of good reviews about Klook from my friends, they said the platform indeed help them to save money on attractions and trips.
Klook Travel Technology (Klook), is a world-leading travel booking platform that provides variety of activities and services to travelers.
Travelers can discover and book attractions, tours, local transportation, best foods and unique experiences around the world at good prices on its website and also their award winning app, and then redeem the services by using QR code enabled e-vouchers.
Being a frequent traveler, it's a great honour to be invited to visit and discover Klook's new officially launched integrated office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia!
Thanks so much for having me! :)

Welcome to Klook! #yea
The headquarter of Klook is located in Hong Kong, with other offices in over 20 countries and cities around the world.
The new Klook office is situated in KL Eco City.
It's an open-concept office that spanning over 15,197 square feet, consolidate 4 major departments such as business development, corporate services, marketing and service operations under one roof.

Say Hi to Marcus Yong, Regional Marketing Director for Klook Southeast Asia! :)

They have been partnering with local business partners like Aquaria KLCC, KLIA Ekspres, Guided tours in Penang, Island hoping in Sabah etc in order to expand local tours, attractions, and activities for free and independent travelers, both internationally and domestically.

Are you guys ready for the Klook new office tour now?! :)

Let's start with the meeting rooms!
Each meeting rooms are named creatively according to major cities in Malaysia and shorten the respective IATA airport codes; for instances KUL (Kuala Lumpur), PEN (Penang), JHB (Johor Bharu), BKI (Kota Kinabalu), KCH (Kuching), and also LGK (Langkawi).

There are multi-functional and collaborative spaces to promote cross team interaction, and every rooms are equipped with multi-modal visual sharing formats such as whiteboards, and LCD screens/projectors for discussion purpose.
Besides, each rooms also has an adaptable furnishing, for instance, the use of partitions allow pantry to double up as a town hall for all-staff meetings.

Look at the Japanese-inspired collaboration area, so warm and cozy, right! #iknow

Malaysia's new space is also a one big house for the company's largest regional customer experience teams.
There are more than 100 people working at the customer service room, who speak a total of 8 languages, such as English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, Korean, Indonesian, Japanese and German.
Besides, the big team also provides customers 24/7 support through various channels such as live chat, email, social media and telephone.

A lovely rejuvenation room with bean bags and warm lighting for employees to take a break or to recharge.

The play area that features live moss wall, hanging swing, and neon lamp for employees to work, relax, play, and spark the team creativity.

The hanging swing is also the Instagram corner of Klook. :)

Klook = Keep Looking!

During the past years, Klook had already succeeded to bring exclusive events with their partners, such as the Marvel Run, and Marvel Studios Exhibition to Malaysians.
With the new look of Klook office, Klook aims to keep up the momentum, and continue to grow the local tourism community with the Klook Travel Feast 2019 that is going to held from the 28th - 29th September at MiTEC.
It's a massive one-weekend-only event that gonna involve strategic partnerships with local travel industry, lifestyle and retail merchants to bring great travel deals to Malaysians.
There will be lots of exciting performances, games, travel workshops and more too!
I really can't wait for that! :D

The new home enable Klook to be closer to the ground, to work with merchants, suppliers and partners to serve better the needs of their customers.
Once again, thanks to Klook for having me!
