I've heard good things about the hypermarket from my friends after they visited the first outlet in last year.
They told me that they like to do their grocery shopping at Lulu Hypermarket because the shopping place is big, things are so cheap and also have variety choices right there compare to other places.
I'm so happy to know from their FB page that Lulu is opening their second outlet in this month at Cheras, which is nearer to my house!
Really can't wait to check out this new place for daily needs & groceries shopping!
The new Lulu Hypermarket which is also Lulu’s 174th globally, making it a top player in the organised retail sector is now strategically located at 1 Shamelin Mall in the Cheras district of capital Kuala Lumpur.
The sprawling 80,000 square feet hypermarket has been designed using the latest retail space concepts and most modern technology for ease of shopping and will serve the residents of Cheras and its nearby areas for their daily shopping needs.
The hypermarket has dedicated sections for grocery, dairy products, fish and seafood, fruit and vegetables, meat and poultry, dry goods, fashion garments, electronics, lT, stationery, sports, footwear, luggage among others.
It was so busy and crowded on the opening day!

The prices for the nuts are cheap, where you can get USA Almonds @ RM46.90/kg
Many people came here for the big sales of their electronics and gadgets!

Lulu Group is firmed on their expansion plans in Malaysia and are committed to launching four new hypermarkets in different parts of Malaysia before and of 2020, which includes projects in Setia City Mall, Bangi Gateway, Bachang (Malacca) & Johor Bahru.
Can't wait for another grand opening soon!
Besides, the company is also exploring other markets in Malaysia and expect to create more than 5.000 job opportunities to the Malaysian workforce, whereby Lulu Malaysia currently employs more than 300 Malaysians in their two hypermarkets in Malaysia.
