Where to Stay in Taipei With Airbnb @ Let's Go To Taipei

Hello there! Welcome back!
Today, I'm going to write about the accommodation in Taipei.
Since we traveled in 6 pax and want to maximize the time we spent together, we prefer to get a "home"over a "hotel.
I suggested we use Airbnb for our stay.
Airbnb has become one of my favourite alternatives to find place to stay if I travel with a group of people.
I've used Airbnb for stays in Korea and Australia, and they never disappointed me.
We have so many different suggestions when looking for our "home" in Taipei.
You know what, when you have a group of people with diverse individual thought, there will always be more ideas going around.
Indeed, it actually took us sometimes to have the final decision with Jeff House. :)

The house owner, Jeff is very friendly, helpful, and kind.
We contacted each other by What's app, and it was grateful that he gave me lot's of traveling tips in Taipei before our vacation.
He helped us to arrange for airport transfer with 9 seaters (with extra charge TWD1300 one way), and the rate was cheaper than my sister's trip in January (she paid about TWD3800 for return trip).
Besides, we also booked a private driver to Jiufen and Shifen under Jeff with a budgeted rate too!
Jeff is an easy-going person, he helped as much as he can to make our trip much easier.
He waited us downstairs before we arrived to help us with our luggage and also explained to us where to hang out nearby the place.
We even messaged him at late night to ask where is the best drinking place to go on the weekend night. #haha
The best thing is he allowed us to extend our check out time due to our late night flight (only if there isn't any new guests coming in on that day),

Overall, the apartment is with very simple furnishing, but it is clean and well-maintained, just look exactly like the pictures shown on the website.
Living room has an L-shaped couch, TV and free wifi.
It also has travel adapter plug which can simultaneous charging of up to 3-5 devices.
Make it very convenient to the travelers!

A complete living room has a small dining table with 4 seats.

It has a playground area at the corner of the house.
If you have kids with you, your kids would love this fun area.
But if you come with a group of friends, you can have this area for chatting and gathering while drinking Taiwan beers. #hehe

Indoor slippers in house, feel like at home.:)

Let's check out the bed rooms now!

There are total 3 bedrooms in the apartment.
This is the master bedroom with 2 queen size beds.
The room is pretty big and leaving enough space for at least 4 person.
Lovely bed sheets, huh. :)

Girls being girls in our sweet room. :)

Best thing about the master bed room is it has a dedicated bathroom.
It is so convenient for guests, especially to the ladies!

The second bedroom is quite big and have enough space for 1 single bed and 1 queen size bed.
The room is definitely good enough size for sharing 3 people.

The single room is compact, featuring one bed which perfectly suited for one person.
Anyway, each room is air-conditioned.

Both second and third room are sharing one public toilet.
One drawback about both bathrooms is they share a bath and toilet under the same roof.
The bathrooms become messy because it always with wet floors all time.
But anyway, there are bathroom slippers to wear if you want to.

What you can get from staying in Jeff House?
Shampoo and body wash, which help you to reduce space and weight in your luggage.
So, shop more on your trip! #hehe

Disposable towels are provided at Jeff House.
But if you want completely dry, you probably want to bring your own towel as Jeff House only available with these disposable towels.
Other than that, Jeff also dropped by at the apartment to clean up and refill the bottles of drinking water every other day when we out during the day. :)

Fully equipped with kitchen appliances, including a refrigerator and washing machine.
Besides, there is also a private balcony next to the kitchen that looks out over the busy street.

Jeff House located in quite a strategic place, where you can easily access to many restaurants, convenient stores, and Ningxia night market.
Regarding the subway station, it is about 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
For some people. it might be a bit far; but for us we took it as one daily exercise to burn our calories since we have had so many good food everyday. #lol

Dihua Street is less than 3 minutes walking distance from Jeff House.
The area is very happening which full of many food stalls and restaurants with local food.
We enjoyed the food here, especially the Fried Fish Chop Soup 土魠魚羹 that I mentioned in my previous post (Jam Hsiao 萧敬腾's favourite)
Also, there is a famous Xia-Hai City God Temple 霞海城隍廟 at the same area too.
You will see many travelers especially Japanese come here to pray and make wishes. :)
There is also a Friday morning market at the Dihua Street, where you can get very good bargain on handbags, fun and cute socks, and clothings.

We had our breakfast everyday at Diahua Street.
Most of them are so delicious! #yummy

I everyday grab my caffeine fix at the convenient stores here.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Jeff House very much, and will recommend it to anyone who asks.
Not only is the nice location, and friendly owner; it also comes with an affordable room rates!
We paid about RM85 each person per day, by having a big whole apartment on our own. :)
